Broker for more than 10 years, I was quickly able to distinguish myself from others by the quality of my service and my availability.

My guideline in the work was always the same:

  • Never propose a property to a client, that in his situation I wouldn’t purchase myself.
  • Say it as it is, good or bad.
  • Negotiate as if it was my own money.

Customer satisfaction is more important then the commission since a happy client will refer and deal with me for the rest of his life. By working this way, I was able to build a huge network of buyers and sellers which turns out to be my biggest asset.
